Nama awal Perseroan saat dibuatnya Akta Pendirian adalah PT Mudking Asia Pasifik Raya, kemudian Perseroan mengubah namanya menjadi PT Multikarya Asia Pasifik Raya hingga saat ini berdasarkan Akta Perubahan nomor 48 tanggal 30 November 2012.
